Postmic is a product of Wicklight Ventures LLC (“Wicklight,” “we,” “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and Wicklight. By using Postmic you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Postmic.

Postmic lets you record short voice notes, turns them into transcripts, and renders them as videos over a background you choose. You can keep a note private or make it public and post it to X, either right away or at a time you schedule.

You sign in with X. You authorize Postmic to act on your X account only as needed to run the service, including reading your basic profile and publishing the posts you choose to send.

You are responsible for your X account and for following X’s own rules. You can disconnect Postmic at any time from Postmic or from your X settings.

A note marked Private is not posted anywhere. A note marked Public can be posted to X when you tap Post to X. Nothing is posted just because you chose Public.

If you schedule a post, you authorize Postmic to publish that note to your X account at the date and time you set. You can cancel a scheduled post before it is sent. Once a post is on X, deleting it is up to you on X. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times if X or our providers are unavailable.

You may only record, upload, or post content that you own or have the right to use. This includes your voice notes, any image you upload as a background, and your profile photo. Do not upload content that belongs to someone else, impersonates anyone, or breaks the law or X’s rules.

You keep ownership of your content. You give Wicklight a limited license to store, process, transcribe, render, and display it, and to send it to X when you ask, only to provide Postmic to you.

Transcripts are produced automatically and may contain mistakes. Review and edit a transcript before you post. Backgrounds in our catalog are licensed for use inside Postmic videos only. Some backgrounds and custom background uploads are limited to paid plans.

Postmic has a free plan and paid plans. Current plans and prices are shown on the Plans page. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Plans renew each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime on Account. Cancellation stops the next charge. You keep the plan until the paid period ends. Then you move to Free. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refunded for partial periods.

Do not use Postmic to harass people, spread spam, post illegal content, or interfere with the service. We may limit, suspend, or end access for accounts that break these terms.

Postmic is provided “as is.” We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available or error free. To the extent the law allows, Wicklight is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Postmic after an update, the new terms apply.
